Data Processing Addendum
This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") forms part of the agreement between Agent On Demand ("Processor") and the customer ("Controller") regarding the processing of personal data through the Services.
Scope
Agent On Demand processes personal data solely on documented instructions from the Customer and only for the purpose of providing the contracted Services.
Types of Data
Depending on the Services used, personal data may include:
- Names
- Email addresses
- Telephone numbers
- Business information
- Customer communications
- Call recordings
- Voice transcripts
- Appointment details
- CRM records
Purpose of Processing
Personal data is processed to:
- Deliver AI voice and chat services.
- Route customer communications.
- Schedule appointments.
- Maintain customer records.
- Generate reports and analytics.
- Improve platform functionality.
Security Measures
Agent On Demand implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Subprocessors
Agent On Demand may engage trusted subprocessors, including cloud hosting, communication providers, AI infrastructure providers, and payment processors. We remain responsible for ensuring appropriate contractual safeguards with these subprocessors.
International Transfers
Where personal data is transferred internationally, Agent On Demand will implement appropriate safeguards as required by applicable data protection laws.
Data Subject Rights
Agent On Demand will reasonably assist Customers in responding to lawful requests relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or other applicable data subject rights.
Data Retention and Deletion
Upon termination of the Services, personal data will be retained only as necessary to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymized where feasible.
